Release a balloon in support of political prisoners in Iran
20 June is the International Day in Support of Political Prisoners in Iran.

Last year on 20 June, we, together with people in 50 cities across the world stood united and with one voice demanded an end of the atrocities carried out by the Islamic regime in Iran on its people. We demanded an end to the imprisonment, torture and execution of innocent men and women, young boys and girls.
Last year, as we stood together, we had a strong voice. This year we want to make that voice even stronger.
This year we want to send a message to those whose lives have been robbed from them; although we are not next to you, we all live under one sky, a sky that knows no borders and no regime can ever take that away from us.
To mark this year’s day of support:

• We are asking everyone to release a balloon with the name of an Iranian political prisoner in to the one sky we all share.    

Whether you do this individually or as a group, we are asking everyone to  take a picture or film it and send it to us  so we can  share your act of solidarity and show the regime in Iran that we all stand as one, under one sky.
  Until political prisoners get their freedom
