Brave protesters across the country, from Tehran to Kermanshah and Arak, have risen up against Khamenei’s religious dictatorship. Youth, merchants, and students have shown that they no longer fear repression, and their cry for freedom is stronger than ever.

Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, has emphasized that this uprising is a symbol of the Iranian people’s determination to put an end to the regime’s oppression and injustice, and that the fate of the religious dictatorship is collapse.

Clashes are intense; security forces and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are firing on the crowds, and so far more than ten people have lost their lives. Yet the will of the people is unbreakable. Chants of “Death to Khamenei” echo through alleys and streets, and hope for freedom grows brighter in the hearts of Iranians every day.

On the other side, Khamenei has resorted to an old ploy, attempting to divert the uprising by inserting infiltrating elements among the people. Voices of support are also rising from around the world. It is the voice of all freedom-loving people everywhere: Iran belongs to the Iranian people, not to oppressors and executioners!
