In recent weeks, she has been suffering from severe weakness, constant pain, and respiratory problems. According to informed sources, any delay in providing proper treatment could lead to irreversible consequences.

Before being transferred to Evin, Ziaei spent 40 days in the NOPO detention facility without access to medical services. During that period, she reportedly experienced multiple physical attacks but was never taken to a hospital. Doctors had previously warned that even short-term imprisonment could pose a direct threat to her life.
