During Iran’s nationwide uprising, six members and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) were killed by the regime’s repressive forces and joined the ranks of the martyrs of the uprising.

The martyrs include young students and workers who lost their lives in Tehran and Kermanshah while confronting the regime’s security forces.

The names of the PMOI martyrs are as follows:

  • Zahra (Raha) Bahlouli-Pour, 18, a student at the University of Tehran, killed on Fatemi Street in Tehran on January 8, 2026.

  • Yasin Mirzaei Qaleh-Zanjiri, a student, killed in Kermanshah on January 8, 2026.

  • Reza Ghanbari, a 17-year-old worker, killed during clashes in Kermanshah on January 3, 2026.

  • Rasoul Kadiourian, a 17-year-old worker, killed during clashes in Kermanshah on January 3, 2026.

  • Reza Kadiourian, a 20-year-old worker, killed during clashes in Kermanshah on January 3, 2026.

  • Diyar Pourchehriq, 32, self-employed, from Salmas, killed on Keshavarz Boulevard in Tehran on January 9, 2026.

The martyrdom of these young Iranians once again highlights the brutal repression of the popular uprising and the decisive role of youth in the resistance against the ruling clerical dictatorship.
